, Q: Has the quality system of your company been inspected and approved by national/international
         recognised independent organisations?
     A: We have quality supervision system ISO 9001:2000.

2, Q: How often do you review the effectiveness of your quality management system?
     A: Every three month .

3, Q: Do any of your products have national or international approvals?
     A: Yes , most our products with UL,CQC approval and all products RoHS compliant.

4,  Q: Do you have a quality manual?
     A: All our products have quality manual ,it's including :parts inspection,working procedure,
        equipment use and products test standard.

5, Q: Do you purchase materials only from approved suppliers who have passed your own
       assessment  ?
   A: we assessing supplier have a vendor rating system.

6, Q: Do you sub-contract out any part of your production?
    A:we have sub-contractor factory produce some relay for us .

7, Q: How do you assess the quality system of the sub-contractors?
     A: we have vendor rating system including :production manage assessing ,factory
          manage assessing,products test system and we have engineer inspection factory
          every month .

8, Q: why should we have cooperation with you ?
